The function of the folders
The folders act as an organiser for the development enquiry applicant, avoiding the applicant possible ongoing chaos and mess.
These folders potentially save the Council possible thousands of dollars every year lost in time and administration due to misplaced and incomplete applications.
The folders enhance the presentation and assist with the administration of planning and development applications. Its the responsibility of the Local Governments to enhance and encourage the economic growth within their community and this is an effective way of strengthening links with local businesses.
The client has complete control over the design, content and the advertisers contained.
